LUNCH MENU

Main Course: (Choose 1)
– Cracked Conch Panini: 
A Florida Keys classic! Tenderized conch fried golden and topped with lettuce, tomato, and our homemade aioli “conch sauce”. Served on a panini.

– Coconut Macadamia Mahi:
Fresh mahi dipped in egg, rolled in coconut macadamia breading and then fried to golden perfection. Topped with homemade pineapple salsa & served on a panini

– Shrimp & Grits: ⭐️
Shrimp sauteed in olive oil with spicy andouille sausage, green onions, and roasted red peppers. Served over bacon and cheddar cheese grits. A LOCAL FAVORITE!

DINNER MENU

– Watermelon Mint Salad: served with our homemade blueberry vinaigrette, mint, cucumbers, tomatoes and Cotija cheese

– Conch Fritters (3): our homemade award-winning recipe served with traditional Bahamian conch sauce.

– Conch Chowder or Lobster Bisque: a cup of our award-winning homemade soups!

Main Course: (Choose one)
– Crab Stuffed Mahi:
broiled Mahi with mango crab stuffing, topped with our lobster bisque sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

– Gator & Shrimp Jambalaya: gator & shrimp sautéed in olive oil with celery, andouille sausage, garlic, onion, cayenne, tomato, green peppers and rice.

– Island Churrasco Steak & Shrimp: USDA Prime 10 oz. churrasco steak marinated in chimichurri and topped with a grilled shrimp skewer. Served with red beans, jasmine rice and fried tostones.
